Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.

Respond to customer requests and ensure satisfaction while meeting service standards.

Research and resolve routine customer inquiries efficiently.

Gain solid knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and systems.
