About the Role – International Chat & Email Support
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing frontline customer support to international clients through Chat and Email channels.
You’ll interact with policyholders, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound customer chats/emails and respond promptly and professionally.
✅ Log all interactions in the CRM system and ensure accuracy.
✅ Identify, escalate, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
✅ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
✅ Develop a strong understanding of insurance products and processes.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
✅ Train and mentor new team members when required.
Required Skills

1–5 years of experience in Voice/Chat/Email Support roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Typing speed of 35+ WPM.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.

Ability to work in complete night shifts.

Professional and customer-centric communication style.
