About the Role
Join Cognizant’s dynamic Customer Success & Operations team as a Content Moderator or Voice Process Associate.
This role involves ensuring quality communication, moderating digital content, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
You’ll be part of a diverse and global team that supports international clients and helps maintain the integrity of online platforms.
Job Responsibilities
✅ Moderate digital content to ensure compliance and accuracy.
✅ Handle user interactions with professionalism and empathy.
✅ Apply theoretical knowledge to practical decisions based on company policies.
✅ Manage assignments efficiently within SLA/TAT timelines.
✅ Maintain process quality metrics and exceed productivity targets.
✅ Stay updated on process changes and adhere to compliance standards.
✅ Support client metrics and resolve related issues promptly.
Skills & Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in MS Office and computer operations.
