🔍 Position: Payroll Executive / Senior Executive

• Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years

• Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA

• Job Location: Pune (Work from Office)

• Shift Timing: Day Shift

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Salary structuring, payroll disbursement, verification, and reconciliation

• Statutory Compliance: PF, ESI, LWF, professional tax, and income tax

• Expat Payroll: Handling expatriate salary components and compliance

• Team Management: Review and guide junior team members; task allocation

• Client Handling: Manage client deliverables and ensure timely payroll processing

• Audit Support: Maintain accurate documentation for audits and statutory inspections

💡 Desired Skills & Competencies

Primary:

• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll systems and compliance

• Understanding of income tax, tax deductions, and exemptions related to salary

• Ability to handle multiple clients in an outsourcing environment

• Accuracy and timeliness in payroll delivery

Secondary:

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook

• Good written and verbal communication

• Client servicing and relationship building

• Problem-solving and team collaboration skills
