Experience Required:

CA Freshers up to 7 Years of Experience

Full-time MBA/PGDM/PGDM holders (with relevant exposure)
⚠️ Note: CA Inter candidates are not eligible for this role.
📋 Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct audits for Corporate Banking and large industry exposures
-
Audit MSME sector, including small and medium enterprises
-
Evaluate Credit Operations for Corporate and MSME sectors
-
Verify compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies related to NPA norms, CRILC reporting, EWS indicators, exposure norms, and PSL
-
Draft detailed audit reports, and discuss findings with auditees
-
Track audit compliance and prepare final reports
-
Perform technical system reviews and participate in UAT processes
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
-
Chartered Accountant (Fresher to 7 years of post-qualification experience)
-
MBA/PGDM/PGDM in Finance or equivalent from a recognized institution
-
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
-
Excellent knowledge of regulatory guidelines & credit risk management
-
Proactive in reading circulars and updating skillsets
-
Good interpersonal communication to handle audit discussions with stakeholders
