Job Description – Junior Relationship Executive
As a Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) at Muthoot Finance, you will be responsible for supporting branch operations, customer relationship management, and gold loan services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Perform gold valuation, accounting, and daily branch operations.
- Support branch operations alongside senior JREs.
- Assist in sales activities and promote financial services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream (Except B.Tech).
- Age: Up to 30 years.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Interest in Sales, Customer Service, and Branch Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
