Key Responsibilities
-
Posting and reviewing Journal Entries.
-
Performing reconciliations (Bank, Intercompany, etc.).
-
Balance Sheet Finalization and reporting.
-
Month-End Closing activities.
-
Handling General Ledger (GL) and/or Fixed Assets accounting.

Coordinating with internal and client teams for issue resolution.
-
Ensuring compliance with finance policies and reporting standards.
Candidate Profile
-
3–7 years of experience in R2R General Ledger or Fixed Assets operations.

Strong understanding of general ledger accounting concepts.
-
Good knowledge of R2R processes including reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Willingness to work in any shift (including night shifts).

Flexibility to work from any IBM office in Chennai.
Education Qualification
-
UG: B.Com, BBA, BMS (Any Specialization)

PG: M.Com, MBA/PGDM in Finance (Preferred)
