Job Description – Record to Report (RTR)
The RTR role involves handling end-to-end accounting operations, reconciliations, month-end reporting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage General Accounting, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Invoicing
- Handle Intercompany Reconciliation and Query Management
- Participate in client meetings and special projects
- Perform Month-End Close and Reporting activities
- Conduct P&L management, cost accounting, forecasting, and reconciliations
- Present risks, buffers, and advisory notes to clients on balance sheet positions
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for financial accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting with recommendations for improvements
- Strong usage of MS Excel for reporting & analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 – 7 years of RTR / Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial processes
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication & stakeholder management abilities
- Expertise in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work on month-end closing activities with accuracy and dedication
