Key Responsibilities
- Verify and evaluate gold ornaments pledged by customers.
- Explain available gold loan schemes and financial products.
- Complete customer documentation and update records in the system.
- Prepare daily statements, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Handle cash transactions and cheque movement.
- Maintain cash books and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with banks and regional offices.
- Provide quality customer service and maintain customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Regular Graduate in any discipline (Non-IT).
- B.Tech candidates are not eligible.
- Age should be between 21 and 28 years.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in banking operations, accounting, sales, or financial services will be preferred.
