Role: Accounts Payable – SME
Experience: 3 to 6 years in Accounts Payable and F&A Processes
Location: Cognizant Technology Solutions, Building 12A, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500081
Date & Time: 19th November 2024, 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Only Female candidates are preferred.
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, ICWA, or CA.
- Experience: 4-6 years in BPO, with specific exposure to Accounts Payable.
- Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and resolve unprocessed invoices for payment.
- Identify and report duplicate invoices.
- Conduct self and peer reviews of completed transactions.
- Respond to client and vendor emails promptly with solutions.
- Provide support in month-end processing and compliance.
- Assist team members in daily assignments and identify potential improvement opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications (preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macro skills is an added advantage.
