🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates for bulk hiring needs

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment leads

Maintain strong candidate pipelines for fast-moving roles

Handle end-to-end recruitment with focus on volume hiring
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)

3+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setup
-
Exposure to both agency and corporate hiring is a strong advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in bulk or volume hiring is highly preferred
