Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform the processes and tasks allocated as per the defined process.
- Meet the schedules and SLAs defined for the tasks.
- Learn new processes and changes in processes and apply them to the tasks and update the process documents.
- Strong inclination to enhance Domain and Product knowledge.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification- B.com/BBA/MBA Finance/M.com/ or any other equivalent Degree
- Decent domain/business knowledge of Capital Markets, Mutual Funds and Corporate Governance.
- Working knowledge and inclined to work on Back-office work.
- Experience on MS Office and brokerage applications.
- Highly proactive, aggressive & self-motivated individual
- Should be willing to work in Night shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and should be a team player.
- Willingness to sign a 1-year bond.
