🧠 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & 1.5 technical troubleshooting support.
• Handle calls, emails, and IM requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage user accounts, perform password resets, and handle system access issues.
• Support Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016, and O365 applications.
• Work with remote support tools like Bomgar, Citrix, and Remote Desktop.
• Manage issues related to printers, Cisco VPN, and Wyse thin/zero client support.
• Maintain detailed logs using ticketing tools and escalate issues as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with neutral or American accent communication.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Excellent spoken and written English with neutral/American accent
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Windows OS, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
✅ Knowledge of Citrix, VPN, and remote support tools
✅ Effective time management and process adherence
✅ Any Graduate (PC & academic documents mandatory)
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
