Key Responsibilities:

Provide Windows & Microsoft product support for global customers.

Troubleshoot software issues, installation errors, and connectivity problems.

Assist customers with billing, subscription, and account management.

Handle post-installation support for Windows & M365 products.

Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
-
Hands-on experience in Windows Support & Microsoft Product Support.

Must be comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
-
Excellent English communication skills (both voice & chat).

Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Prior experience in Technical Support / Customer Service is mandatory.

Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, M365, Azure, etc.).

Certifications like M365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
