🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end closing, general ledger accounting, and reporting processes.

Handle balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.

Drive transformational leadership and continuous process improvements.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 9–14 years of experience in finance/R2R processes.

Strong knowledge of General Ledger, R2R, Intercompany Reconciliation, and Month-End Reporting.

Proven experience in finance transformation and process optimization.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Candidates with Automotive Industry experience preferred.
