💼 Job Responsibilities

Handle Level 1 and Level 1.5 technical support queries

Provide prompt support via calls, email, or chat

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 7/10, O365, MS Office 2013/2016
-
Remote support using tools like Bomgar, RDP, Citrix, Desktop Director
-
Manage account access and password resets
-
Support virtual desktops (Citrix Xen Desktop/App), Wyse thin clients, printers
-
Document incidents and track resolutions/escalations effectively
-
Strong command over business communication and neutral/American accent
📋 Requirements

UG: Any Graduate

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in English communication

Knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and remote tools

Must carry a valid Passport

Basic understanding of ticketing tools
