- Experience: 3–8 Years (Minimum 5 years in Retail Branch Banking / Wealth Management preferred)
- Education: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
- Certifications:
- AMFI
- IRDA
- NCFM (Optional)
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Manage HNI portfolios – acquire, retain & grow customer relationships
- Offer tailored banking and investment products
- Drive revenue by cross-selling across product categories
- Ensure regulatory & documentation compliance (KYC, AML, 5-S norms)
- Collaborate across teams – operations, treasury, insurance, securities
- Ensure superior customer service & query resolution within TAT
- Maximize wallet share and deepen client engagement
