- Build a profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS
- Drive agent productivity, activization, and team growth
- Implement sales strategies to boost performance and reach targets
- Conduct market scanning for new opportunities and lead conversion
- Promote a customer-centric sales culture
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reports
- Drive product mix, persistency, and performance metrics
🧩 Profile Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages
- Local candidates preferred
- Competitive mindset with a “never give up” attitude
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
