- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure HR deliverables.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and HR formalities within TAT.
- Manage end-to-end hiring using job portals, consultants, referrals & walk-ins.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and training coordination.
- Implement HR policies, ensure compliance & address employee queries.
- Handle MIS reports, hiring trackers, and documentation.
- Support regional HR initiatives and corporate directives.
