💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions submitted via paper, mobile, ATMs, Remote Deposit Capture, and lockboxes
- Ensure accuracy in all debits and credits, review Positive Pay Exceptions, and resolve discrepancies
- Handle account opening, servicing, and banking operations as per company policy
- Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with banking procedures
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and operational excellence
