Job Requirements:
- Position: Order Management Specialist
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Education: Graduate in commerce (B.Com + MBA/M.Com preferred)
- Shift: Ready to work in any shift (24*7)

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order entry into KSN based on requisitions received from various VMS tools and distribution to recruitment teams.
- Act as a liaison between recruitment and VMS tools for accounts without direct access, handling tasks such as submitting candidates, coordinating interviews, processing offers, and creating work orders.
- Perform mass/manual order creation and data entry.
- Support specific operations in the Procurement & Inventory (P&I) domain.
- Collaborate with business units to implement automated order entry processes via Bullhorn Order Automation (VMSA) and work with IT to design potential automation solutions for accounts that do not fit the VMSA model.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in commerce (B.Com + MBA/M.Com).
- Relevant experience in Order Management.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
