🧾 Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify claim status and resolve pending accounts.

Perform timely follow-ups on patient accounts.

Take necessary actions based on communication with insurance providers.

Maintain accuracy in updating the system and ensure timely closure of accounts.
