Key Skills Required:
- Accounts Payable: Invoice processing, exception handling, vendor management, payment processing, and more.
- Accounts Receivable: Collections, cash applications, account reconciliation, dispute management, and customer interaction.
- General Ledger: Knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and reporting.
- General Skills: Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, customer orientation, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Job Description Highlights:
- Accounts Receivable/Collections:
- Manage AR collections, cash applications, dispute resolution, and customer account reconciliations.
- Engage in voice calling for collections and collaborate on improvement projects for process efficiencies.
- General Ledger:
- Handle journal entries, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and closing reports.
- Ensure compliance with TAT and accuracy requirements post-training.
- Accounts Payable:
- Execute tasks related to procure-to-pay processes, including invoice processing, vendor master management, and GRIR analysis.
- Ensure adherence to policy, TAT, and accuracy in tasks performed independently.
