🧑💼 Position: Personal Banker

🎯 Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Savings and Current Accounts from branch catchment
- Source salary accounts from nearby corporates
- Activate new accounts, link UPI, and grow wallet share via cross-selling:
- Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, ULIPs, Credit Cards, Mortgages & Loans
- Participate in corporate events, micro-marketing, and local lead gen campaigns
- Build customer relationships and provide tailored banking solutions
- Coordinate with internal DBS teams for leads and customer growth
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
- Experience: Freshers and up to 4 years in banking/sales/financial services
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal & target-oriented mindset
- Sales, Networking, & Customer Engagement skills
- Basic computer & digital banking knowledge
- AMFI/IRDA certification preferred (mandatory post-joining)
- Added Advantage:
- Prior experience in BFSI or Retail Banking
- Local market knowledge
