👩‍💻 Job Role: Non-Voice Process (Hybrid – WFH)

💼 Responsibilities:

• Handle Non-Voice customer support (chat, email, SMS) for international clients

• Work with minimal supervision and maintain high quality

• Troubleshoot service/product issues and offer efficient resolutions

• Work as part of a dynamic, multilingual support team

👤 Who Can Apply:

• Must have excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply

• Experience in international BPO (Voice/Chat/Email) is a plus

• Comfortable with 24/7 shifts & rotational week offs
