🔑 Role & Responsibilities

Conduct risk-based checks on groups and group members post-disbursement.

Verify existence and authenticity of groups and members.
-
Identify anomalies such as member exit, family overlaps, or third-party involvement in loans.

Ensure geo-limit adherence among group members.
-
Detect and report any unauthorized financial transactions by bank staff or associates.

Verify loan sourcing records, including RM, Credit FE, and SO visits.

Check attendance and compliance with Borrower Eligibility Test (BET).

Scrutinize KYC documents and validate loan usage.

Address issues like misappropriation of funds, excessive EMI/interest charges.

Support investigations of post-disbursement frauds and assist in recovery/legal actions.

Engage with Business & Credit teams for resolution of case-specific issues.

Prepare MIS reports for location managers and regional teams.

Highlight incorrect information in loan structures (e.g., wrong mobile numbers, KYC errors).
