- Handle insurance verification, claims follow-up, and collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and interactions.
- Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure smooth revenue flow.
- Learn and perform tasks related to payment collections and claim resolution.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)
- Experience: 0–5 years in International Voice Process
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
