🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Process underwriting transactions for support teams.
- Handle risk clearance, bind & issue, endorsement, and renewal processing.
- Communicate effectively with the onsite team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage varied volumes of workload and meet deadlines.
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication and accountability.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (except tech and law).
- Good understanding of P&C insurance products.
- Knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle from end to end.
- Strong English communication (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with accountability and initiative.
🌟 Preferred Skills:
- Certification in IIA, Cert CII, AINS, or CPCU is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US Underwriting, Policy Binding, Issuance, Renewals, and Endorsements.
- Awareness of premium-bearing and non-premium-bearing endorsements.
