🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle technical and customer support queries via voice and email

• Troubleshoot moderate to complex hardware/software/application issues

• Document issue details, severity, and resolution actions clearly

• Escalate unresolved issues as per the SOP

• Work in coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 – 4 Years in International BPO/Technical Support

• Education: Any Graduate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working in 24×7 US shifts with rotational week-offs

• Prior experience in international voice support or technical troubleshooting is a plus
