Key Responsibilities
-
Handle end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance payers
-
Maintain and update provider information in internal systems and payer portals
-
Verify provider credentials including:
-
NPI
-
CAQH
-
State Licenses
-
DEA
-
Malpractice Insurance
-
-
Track credentialing applications and follow up with insurance companies for approvals
-
Coordinate with AR (Accounts Receivable) teams to resolve denials related to credentialing delays
-
Maintain complete documentation and ensure payer compliance standards

Communicate with providers and internal stakeholders regarding:

Credentialing status
-
Missing or pending documentation
-

Support the revenue cycle by ensuring providers are active and eligible for billing
Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory: 1–3 years of experience in Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
-
Freshers: Not eligible
-
Strong understanding of US healthcare credentialing processes

Good communication and follow-up skills
-
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
