Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for UK logistics operations

Address customer queries related to shipments, delivery status, and service requests

Ensure high-quality customer experience with accurate and timely resolutions

Follow defined SLAs, scripts, and quality standards

Maintain proper documentation and call logs
