Job Description/Skills Required
- Monitor the sampling and identify the Negative documents for the Assets (HL/Lap/Mortgages/Asset Finance).
- Lisen with the agency for verification of the documents and updation of the various reports in the system.
- Maintaining various MIS regarding the sampling, reporting and updation for the above mentioned products.
- Monitoring the process and policies as per company norms at work station.
- Daily update MIS for local and mail cases.
- Skilled in identifying and focusing on key variables with in product analytics.
- Must have ability to work within well defined time frames in order to meet internal and external reporting TAT.
- Handling of customer complaints & providing them with satisfactory solutions.
- Maintaining TAT (Turn Around time).
- Handling Escalations over mail and providing resolution to clients.
- Field Investigation of Suspicious & Fraud Cases.
- Understand and interpret results of the data .
- should be responsible for Governing and Licensing of the data .
