Job Description/Skills Required
- Co-ordination with other functions to get documents (Receivable, Payable)
- To prepare sales invoices for dispatches from feed vendors.
- All collection entries to be updated in SAP on daily basis
- Customer Reconciliations
- Sales team TA & DA Accounting and getting approvals from Functional Head
- Circulation of Debtors ageing statements
- Collection Accounts BRS
- To maintain record of acknowledged customer Invoices including HFL
- Releasing orders based on outstanding statements
- Custodian of Security cheques and TOTs
- Getting customers confirmation monthly basis
- To maintain record of master data along with TOT & Security cheques of customers
- Reconciliation of sales data as per SAP Vs. Operations team/ Feed vendors
- Going to bank for payments
- Any other activity assigned by Team Leader
