💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries, service requests, and complaints
- Handle new business processing, including scrutiny and client ID creation
- Process policy servicing transactions, refunds, and track undelivered policies
- Coordinate for claims documentation, field visits, and claims follow-ups
- Maintain registers, files, and customer data reports (MINT, PEPPER, WONDERS)
- Work to retain business by minimizing surrenders and cancellations
- Call and visit customers for policy revival and persistency improvement
- Generate leads from walk-in customers and update the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead closure and upselling opportunities
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and productivity enhancements
👤 Candidate Profile
- Age: 28 – 38 years
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service/back-office/operations (preferably in insurance/banking)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office and data documentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first attitude and process-oriented thinking
