 Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections

• Assess customer financial situations and propose suitable repayment solutions

• Resolve complex customer issues professionally

• Ensure adherence to company policies and debt collection regulations

• Maintain and update customer data and follow-up reports
