✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage module/sub-module level engineering or manufacturing projects.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the value chain to meet project delivery objectives.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and keep stakeholders aligned and motivated.

• Ensure compliance with project KPIs, quality benchmarks, and timelines.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.

  • Project Management education/training is a must.

• Certifications (preferred):

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)

  • PRINCE2 / IPMA

• Experience:

  • 5–7 years managing medium-to-high complexity projects in manufacturing/R&D domains.

  • Familiarity with project management tools like SAP PPM, MS Project, JIRA.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement in a global matrix setup.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
