✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in accounting roles

• Preferred: Candidates residing within 5 km of JP Nagar or willing to relocate

• Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – Mandatory flexibility)

• Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Knowledge of AP/AR processes

  • Good with reconciliations, P&L statements, and budgeting

  • Experience in 2-way & 3-way matching, vendor management

  • Familiar with depreciation, accruals, fixed assets, and payroll

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Bank reconciliations and variance resolution

• Vendor reconciliations and AR aging analysis

• Payroll entries and GL reconciliation

• Preparation of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

• Trend analysis, budgeting, and financial projections

• Handling accruals, provisions, fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
