Electrical Engineer -Control and Hardware ( Alarm Case)
Location Chennai
No of Pos: -5
Exp 3 to 8 Years
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Need Wind Industry Experience.
Position: Immediate ( Preferred Immediate /15 Days/30 Days joiners)
- Should be able to interpret the Electrical Schematic diagram, Panel, Cables , Component Selection ( MCCB, Switch gear, Breaker rely , Cable Harness) components
- Should have experience in , UPS, Backup, Battery, DCN controls, CT Module, Network, electronic Bus.
- Should have experience in Senors ( Pressure, Temp, smoke), PLC, Digital & Analog Components
- Previous experience in Commissioning & Troubleshooting will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of IEC, UL, EN Standards
- Basic knowledge of applying Q tools like DMAIC, DFSS will be added advantage.
- Able to download & investigate on , why alarm has triggered false message.
- Investigate failures reported from turbines in field by collaborating with site technicians and design engineers.
- Drive root-cause analysis and identify impact on fleet
- Make alignment with all affected stakeholders like: Module owners, service, Construction, legal
- Identify short and long-term actions to reduce effect of failure
- Drive development of improvement solution. Testing specifications for solution.
- Prepare inputs for customer and stakeholder communication
- Field experience in Wind Industry especially WTGs will be preferred
- Experience with DMAIC cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be an advantage.
