Job description
- Provide support to recruiters to ensure application of recruitment practices, programs, policies and regulations
- Facilitate interview scheduling process – contact candidates to determine availability, coordinate interview times with hiring decision makers and applicant, and send Outlook meeting requests to participants
- Manage all Applicant Tracking System activity
- Orientation (scheduling, preparing materials, handling paperwork)
- Utilize effective multitasking skills while performing numerous administrative responsibilities and facilitating on-boarding process
- Facilitate recruitment schedule using strong written/verbal communication skills with a complete focus on preserving quality
