Job Role – Junior Analyst (Payments Investigation)
As a Junior Analyst in the Payments Investigation sub-process, you will:

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Document and report findings with accuracy.
-
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
-
Maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive data.
-
Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Participate in training sessions to enhance banking operations skills.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education:
-
Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Management (B.Com, BBA, BMS)
-
MBA/PGDM in Finance (Freshers preferred)
✅ Experience: 0 years (Freshers only – candidates with active UAN are not eligible)
✅ Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good verbal & written communication
-
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24×5, including night shifts)

Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly

Knowledge of banking operations preferred
