Job Description
Role Summary
You will be responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring proper onboarding, account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire new CASA customers through field visits, referrals, and local campaigns
-
Ensure complete KYC documentation and activate accounts on time

Drive customer engagement, usage, and balance maintenance
-
Cross-sell products such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.

Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

Maintain compliance, service quality, and audit standards
-
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Required Qualifications
-
Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)

0 – 4 years of experience in banking or field sales (CASA preferred)

Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory

Comfortable with field sales and meeting monthly targets

Excellent communication & customer engagement skills
