👤 Job Role: Relationship Manager – Branch Banking
Join Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Relationship Manager and take charge of managing and expanding the bank’s C Category customer portfolio across 2–3 branches in South Delhi.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Relationship management with 1000–1500 mapped customers (C Category book)

Cross-sell of Assets (HL, LAP, PL, CL, GL, WC, CV), Liabilities (CA, SA, TD), and Investment Products (LI, GI, MF)
-
Engage clients via in-person meetings, video calls, and telephonic interaction
-
Deepening of existing relationships and increasing wallet share
-
Generate and convert leads from Virtual RM and Customer Experience Center (CEC)
-
Drive category upgrades and increase customer stickiness
-
Acquire new business via referrals and family household accounts
-
Promote digital banking services and onboard clients on online platforms
-
Meet service and sales targets for banking and third-party products

Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking/financial services

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream)
