💼 Job Role: Customer Support Associate – Banking Voice
Join one of India’s leading IT & BPO giants and kickstart or elevate your career in the banking voice customer support domain. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Handle banking-related customer queries over voice (inbound support)

Troubleshoot basic account issues

Provide excellent customer service without any sales targets

No bond or sales pressure – 100% support role
📋 Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any graduate (Mandatory)
-
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
-
Age: Less than 32 years
-
Languages Required: Any two – Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam + English (Tamil alone not eligible)

Shifts: Rotational (6 days a week)
-
Females last logout at 8 PM

Males up to 12 AM (Drop provided within 13 KM radius)

💰 Salary Details:

Take Home Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,500/month based on experience and language

Stipend for Freshers (0–5 months):

Kannada: ₹16,000

Hindi: ₹15,000

Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil: ₹14,000

Experience 6–24 months: ₹14,000–₹17,500 based on language and duration
