JSW Energy Recruiting  for the position Accountant/Accounts Executive .This position requires B.Com/BBA/BMS/BA with prior experience. Summary of Vacancy- Accountant/Accounts Executive

Job Role or Description

• Fund Management to ensure that no funds are kept idle by proper planning through daily / monthly Cash Flow Budget. Accounts Payable – All vendors related payments, reconciliations, co-ordination with GBS & ensure timely payments & reconciliation of vendors. Formulation and maintenance of Capex and Revenue Budget. Capitalization of Fixed Assets. Review and monitoring of Bank Guarantees (ABG/PBG) submitted by Vendors Review Bank Reconciliations, GRIR balances, Advances to vendors etc., co-coordinate with all the stakeholders and regularize the same. Ensuring proper Insurance cover to all company assets incl. losses due to business interruption. Filing and recovery of claims within time from Insurers. Reconciliation of inter/group Company transactions, debtors and creditors for ensuring timely payment/receipts of dues within time. Coordination with Internal, Statutory & Cost auditors for submission of data & resolving queries. Preparation of Annual Business Plan. Uploading approved Budget & monitoring in SAP and related MIS. Expenses variance analysis with reasons. Ensure Compliance with all statutory provisions like TDS, GST and timely submission of returns and payment of taxes within due dates.
