• •Billing Processing Collections Operations Credit Management and Assessment Order to Cash Processing Ability to establish strong client relationship Ability to handle disputes Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to meet deadlines Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that you make will impact your work You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders You will be working closely with project members to effectively deliver on the requirements You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.
