• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 9+ years

2. Technical Manager / Assistant Property Manager – Technical

• Key Skills: HVAC, DG Sets, Chillers, HT-LT Panels, Transformers, Electrical Maintenance, CCTV, WTP, STP, Fire Safety Systems

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 8+ years

3. Security Manager

• Key Skills: Site Security, Security Operations, Security Management

• Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety, ADIS, or Degree in any stream

• Experience: 8+ years

4. Shift Engineer

• Key Skills: Technical Services, MEP, Electrical, HVAC, Vendor Management, LT-HT Panels, Fire Alarm Systems, DG Sets, Transformers

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 3–6 years

5. Fit-Out Executive

• Key Skills: Civil and Finishing Work, Work Permits, Fire Alarm Systems, Snagging/De-snagging of common areas

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Degree

• Experience: 3–6 years

6. Helpdesk/Facility Executive

• Key Skills: Customer Handling, Complaint Management, Call Logging, Excellent Communication Skills

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years
