8+ Years of Experience (FPNA)
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: MBA (Finance) or Certified Accountant (CA/CPA).
Experience: 6-9 years of relevant experience.
Skills:Hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and providing decision support. Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis: Create necessary standard and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements. Provide proactive commentary and analysis on trends and outliers observed in financial data. Ensure proper reporting and communication management mechanisms. Team Management: Resolve any escalated issues. Manage and guide a team of analysts.
