Analyst Trainee
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation: Full-time Three-Year Degree (BCA, B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams).

Pass Out Years: 2022, 2023, or 2024.

Academic Record: Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG.

Note: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, and Post Graduates are NOT eligible.

Nationality: Indian Nationals Only.
Job Description:
As an Analyst Trainee, you will:

Provide first-line technical support and assistance to global clients.

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document solutions, and escalate complex problems to senior IT teams.

Log support tickets, track status, and ensure timely resolutions.

Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base.
Role Expectations:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 support).
