• Role: Executive – Tamil Voice Process

• Department: Customer Support (BPO)

• Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)

• Experience: 0 – 2 years

• Salary: ₹1.75 – ₹2 LPA

• Shift: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil & English

• Resolve queries and provide prompt customer service

• Maintain communication professionalism and customer satisfaction

• Meet minimum typing speed of 22 WPM with 85% accuracy

• Participate in HR, operations, and technical rounds

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• 💼 Education: Any graduate (arrears can be considered)

• 🗣️ Languages: Tamil (must) + English

• 🧑‍💼 Freshers & experienced BPO candidates welcome
