Key Responsibilities as a Investment banking Associate – CA freshers.
• Financial Due Diligence: Lead/Assist in the financial as well as other due diligence process, including financial, legal, and operational reviews for various financial transactions including but not limited to IPO, Private Equity, and Debt. • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies and industries, including valuation, financial modeling, and forecasting. • Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of various investment banking transactions. • Document Preparation: Prepare materials like executive summaries, financial models, and deal proposals. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and counterparties.
Qualifications & Skills
• CA-First Attempt. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
